The quietest salesperson in the room.

People sit at a table for twenty minutes with nothing to read but their phone. A table talker puts the specials, the WiFi code and the review QR right in front of them, at the moment they're deciding on another coffee.

We print on 350gsm silk, cut and crease them so they fold clean and stand straight. Laminate them to wipe clean, or have us fold and tape every one so they come out of the box ready.

Six things to get right on a table talker.

Faces, not a sheet

Send each face as its own page, at size: DL faces are 99 × 210mm, A6 105 × 148mm, A5 tent 148 × 210mm. Triangles have 3 faces, the tent has 2. We put them on the flat sheet with the creases and the glue tab.

Bleed and safe area

Add 3mm bleed round each face and keep text 4mm in from the edges, so nothing lands on a crease.

Which way up

Every face is portrait, top up. The first page is the front, the face people see first when they sit down.

QR codes

At least 20mm square, dark on light, with a clear border. Test it on two phones before you upload.

Text size

Nothing under 8pt, prices at 12pt or more. People read a table talker from across the table.

Resolution and colour

300dpi at size, CMYK. Matt lamination softens colours very slightly.

Which size should I choose?

DL (99 × 210mm faces) is the classic: tall and slim, it doesn't take up space on a busy table. A6 (105 × 148mm) is short and neat for small tables and counters. The A5 tent has two big faces, room for a full menu.

How do they come?

Flat, printed, cut and creased, ready to fold along the lines. Or choose ‘made up’ and we fold and tape every one, so they come out of the box ready to stand. Made up is 20p each.

Should I laminate them?

For cafés and bars, yes: matt lamination makes them wipe-clean and tougher, so they last longer next to drinks and sauce. It's 25% more.

How much are they?

DL and A6 triangles: 25 for £39, 50 for £49, 100 for £69, 250 for £120, 500 for £190. A5 tents: 25 for £49 up to 500 for £250. Ex VAT.

Can each face be different?

Yes, and they should be: the menu, the WiFi code, the review QR. Upload a 3-page PDF for a triangle, 2 pages for a tent.

What paper is it?

350gsm silk: stiff enough to stand up straight, smooth enough for photos.

How quickly can I get them?

Order by 3pm, Monday to Friday, and they're printed, cut and creased the same day. Made up over 250 takes until the next working day.

No artwork?

Email the words, prices, WiFi details and your logo to hello@rapidprintpro.com and we'll lay it out and send a proof.

Can I order fewer than 25?

25 is the smallest run. If you only need a few, order 25 and keep the spares for when the first ones get coffee on them.

Are prices ex VAT?

Yes. 20% VAT is added at checkout.
