Every event season we rescue teams whose graphics didn't survive the journey — lost luggage, customs holds, courier no-shows, or a supplier back home who let them down. Can I order printing from the US or EU for a London event?
Yes. Order online at rapidprintpro.com from anywhere in the world and pay by card, PayPal, Amex or Klarna. We print in London and deliver to your hotel, venue or exhibition stand — nothing crosses a border.
Do you deliver to ExCeL London or Olympia?
Yes — we deliver to all major London venues including ExCeL, Olympia, the Business Design Centre, Tobacco Dock and the QEII Centre, and to hotels citywide.
Can I collect my order instead?
Absolutely — often the easiest option. We're at 27 Tabard Street, SE1, right by London Bridge and a quick taxi from most central London venues and hotels. Choose Collection at checkout and it'll be ready and waiting.
Can you deliver to my hotel before I arrive?
Yes. Add your hotel as the delivery address with your name and check-in date in the order notes, and we'll time delivery so it's waiting for you.
My booth graphics are lost or damaged — can you help today?
Almost always. Send us your artwork and call +44 20 7078 0380 — same-day reprints of banners, boards and posters are our speciality. Order by 3pm for same day.
What time zone is your support team in?
We're in London (GMT/BST) and available all week via email, live chat and phone. US teams: our morning is your overnight, so order before you sleep and it's printed while you fly.
