Roller Banners, Posters & Stretch Walls
This section covers artwork setup for roller banners, pull-up banners, posters and stretch wall displays.
What size should my roller banner artwork be?
Supply your artwork at the visible size of the banner.
Typical visible height is always 2000mm (2 metres) regardless of width options such as 850mm, 1000mm or 1500mm.
Does any of my design get hidden inside the roller banner base?
No. The visible area of your roller banner remains 2m high.
We add approximately 150 to 200mm extra at the bottom during production which sits inside the mechanism and is never seen. This allows the banner to pull up correctly and stay under tension.
Do I need to add the extra drop myself?
No. Supply your artwork at the finished visible size and we will add the mechanical allowance during production.
Do I need bleed on roller banners?
Bleed is not always required, but we recommend extending backgrounds slightly beyond the edge where possible. Always keep important text and logos at least 30 to 50mm away from the edges.
What resolution should large format artwork be?
-
150 to 300dpi at full size is ideal
-
Avoid low resolution screenshots or social media images
