What type of files do you accept?

We accept PDF, PNG, JPEG and TIFF.

What is the maximum file size for uploading my artwork?

Our maximum size upload is 1000MB. / 1GB

 

 

What do I need to be aware of when sending my own design and images?

Here's a short checklist of the key elements when sending your images:

  • Quality: make sure the image/photo high quality, this means a minimum of 150dpi; we recommend 300dpi for a defined final print
  •  Colour: ensure your photo is set to CMYK
  • Bleed space: allow space for the bleed to ensure your final document will not have unprinted borders
  • Format: we accept JPEG, PNG and PDF.
Payment?

You can pay using a card (Visa, Master Card, Debitcard, Amex) Paypal and Klarna to spread the cost

 

 

Can I collect?

You can indeed! Pop your order through, select 'collection' and we'll have your parcel ready and drop you a nudge when its ready to collect. You can find us at 27 Tabard St, London SE1 4LA

How long will my order take to be delivered?

In the system, there is a spine width calculator when you use our templates, so you can rest assured it is accounted for in the artwork.
If you are uploading your own design, ensure you leave enough space for that. The size of it will vary depending on the number of pages in your brochure, but as a general guide, allow 0.135mm per leaf (double sided page/2pp) i.e. 32pp would be a 2.16mm spine.

Perfect Bound Brochure (PUR). How much space should I leave for the spine ?
